Hello, my name is Pascale Ndamo. I am from the Republic of Congo and was raised in Gabon before moving to the U.S. as a child. I speak French, Kikongo, Lingala, and English. I hold a degree in Education and human sciences and currently serve as the Director of a childcare center within a nonprofit that supports women recovering from substance abuse and trauma. I’m also pursuing my MBA, with plans to become a Physician Assistant.
My passion lies in empowering mothers, which inspired my platform Born to Bloom an initiative focused on early childhood education, maternal wellness, and economic empowerment. At work, I design educational curriculum for children, support daily programming, and help foster a nurturing, trauma-informed environment.
