Lady Kate hails from Cameroon, she is the Founder of Miss Africa USA and also serves as Maryland Governor’s Commissioner For African Affairs. She is a passionate advocate for women and girls and contributes to building stronger African communities in the United States. She was able to share her vision with the 2019 Finalists, speaking greatness to all and sharing words of encouragement on the importance of sisterhood in a contest like Miss Africa USA where each Finalist has a purpose beyond the Crown of Miss Africa USA.
