Pageant delegates have to adhere to a very tight rehearsal schedule due to the limited time before the pageant night. Eventhough the routines might be tough sometimes the girls are always eager to learn and they find it fun too.

Afro-heartbeat dance troupe led by Jessica Emeh choreographed all African dance routines for the pageant in 2008. They did an excellent job. Oh I must add that Afro HB dance troupe performed some moving African dance routines at the pageant as well.
No matter how tight the rehearsals may be, the girls always try to sneak in some fun and laughter, sharing some moments of sisterhood. That is what I like about African girls……the sisterhood is deep.
