At the Fraser Mansion in Washington DC, celebrating Black History Month. The Queen joined several dignitaries and members of the Diplomatic corps in the District of Columbia to honor Harriet Tubman for her role in the Civil Rights movement as well as Women’s Rights. It was a beautiful and inspiring event. Members of Harriet Tubman’s family in attendance.
