The reigning Miss Africa USA Ghyslaine (Gigi) Tchouaga was invited as a special guest to attend the Ambassadors Inaugural Ball in Washington DC
to pay tribute to President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama. Queen Gigi who hails from the Republic of Cameroon was very honored and excited
about her invitation and appearance at the Ball. She Was among several celebrities and honored guests who Graced the Ball on Monday 21 January, marking
the beginning of the 2nd term in Office of President of the United States of America, President Barack Obama.
Queen Gigi received a very warm welcome as a special guest at the star studded event in honor of President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama.
The Celebration featured a Live Performance by South African Super Star Lira. She entertained the guests for the evenning.
Queen Gigi was very happy to connect with Her Excellency The Ambassador of Botswana in Washington DC, a very infleuntial and dynamic African leader
who also serves as a mentor for young girls in Africa. She is an inspiration to Miss Gigi and many young women who look up to her as a role mode.
Queen Gigi also connected with CNNs Roland Martin who is also the brain behind the powerful WASHINGTON WATCH online blog following Legistions in Washington.
